  • The initial sessions are about getting to know you and establishing your therapy goals. Therapy isn't one size fits all. You are the expert of your own experience and therapy will help you build on that using a collaborative plan of action.

  • Confidential phone or video sessions are offered using a fully secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Many people prefer virtual therapy, as you can receive support from the comfort of your own home or office and gain back valuable travel time.

  • Therapy is an individualized process based on you and your goals. The longevity of therapy will remain an open and collaborative conversation.

  • Weekly sessions are recommended as consistency is key to making progress. More frequent sessions may be available, depending on your needs. Our initial intake session will be 60 minutes long, then ongoing sessions will be 45 minutes each.

  • Noetic Therapy is an out-of-network provider. If applicable, your insurance provider may reimburse you for all or part of the session costs.

    We have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. Visit the Mentaya website to see if you qualify for reimbursement for our services. Mentaya gets patients reimbursed up to 80% (62% on average) for out-of-network therapy. Simply:

    Alternatively, you can reach out to your insurance provider to find out about your specific out-of-network benefits and submit for reimbursement yourself. Here are some key questions to ask your insurance provider:

    • Do I have out of network benefits for mental health coverage?

    • What is my deductible, and has it been met?

    • What percentage of my bill will be covered for these services?

    The practice will provide you with a superbill after each session (if needed, upon request) for submission to your insurance provider for reimbursement (if applicable). 

  • Please contact us to reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to your session start time. Sessions are rescheduled based on availability.

  • You will be billed following each session and provided with a receipt of service via email. The following credit/debit card types are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner‘s Club, and JCB. HSA/FSA is accepted, provided your card type is listed above.

  • Fees are typically discussed during the initial complimentary consultation session.
